Rough Sleeping Barking Town Centre

Rough sleeping with mod cons now seems to be the norm in high density areas of the town center during the daytime with authorities and shop keepers apparently turning a blind eye. This is perhaps not what perspective buyers to the myriad of Barking town centre developments currently under construction want to see. More needs to be done to help the affected with suitable accommodation especially with winter fast approaching.
