PEOPLE STUCK IN LIFT @ VICARAGE FIELD SHOPPING CENTRE -BARKING

I spotted this incident around 4:30 pm on 5.02.2012 in Vicarage field shopping centre Barking.
The engineer was doing his best to free people from the lift.
He asked onlookers to move away .
After 10-15 minutes I saw London Fire Brigade staff.
They were examining the lift from underneath (as they were on ground floor).
