Members of St. Peter’s Aldborough Hatch prepare Christingles for the Christmas Eve Service when families gathered to celebrate the start of the festival and received a Christingle. The Christingles consist of an orange representing the world, a red ribbon wrapped round representing the blood of Jesus, with dried fruit and sweets on cocktail sticks pushed into the orange, representing the fruits of the earth and the four seasons.
