These pictures were taken today just before 9am at College Gardens Ilford near Redbridge Primary School.Local authority appear to be very efficient to issue tickets but will it fulfil its responsibilities to put salt on roads and foot ways near the primary schools.I hope the leader of the council will understand and act fast to provide services instead of only collecting fines and house taxes.
